friend Franz Borger is assigned to your unit. Is he here?" Fritz-
"He's loading some ammo into the copula."
#7 Fritz- "This is our driver and
excellent mechanic Ferdinand. He tells me the Tiger will be ready to
move out by tonight."
#8 NCO Luthor- "This is an early Tiger
isn't it? I haven't seen one of these since I was assigned to the
Russian front last year."
#9 Fritz- "Yes, this is an early
production Tiger, Our mechanical genius here keeps it running like a
kitten. This tank along with Tiger S21, (that left for the train station
yesterday) were originally assigned to the training school, but because of the
armor shortages command assigned us to it. We have taken good care of it
since." NCO- "Then why the hell does it keep going kaput?,
Get this hunk of scrape metal fixed or our asses are going to feel a Russian
winter again." Fritz-"Yes sir!"
#10 NCO- "Volker, stay here and help
these guys finish up." Volker- "But Kapitan, what the
hell can I do?" NCO- "Well you can help this lazy bunch
buy putting away that #@%*@&# bed before the little Corporal in
Berlin hears about it.
