The Joker™ soft head from the Super Friends™ series, circa 1978. This "soft head" series are also known as "rubber heads", and were produced in Hong Kong by Candy Novelty Works, LTD.

Two variations are known to exist.  One with "Hong Kong", the other without such marking located on the back of each head.
