Charlie Waterman is one of the most beautiful women who has ever shaved her head. Something of a chamelion, as well as a brunette, she's been a redhead and a bleached blonde. In 1997 she shaved her head for a Peogeout advertisement and had 106 razored in the side of her scalp. For several years after this, she varied her hair between cropped and shaved. Her hair seems to have gone full circle and in recent times she has settled for a dark crop.
