 The Oasis Bar and Pool on Star Princess

Located high in the rear of the ship, just below the Skywalker Walkway Tube to Skywalker's Lounge, the Oasis Bar area contains the most overlooked pool aboard Star Princess. Ask 10 people who have cruised aboard Star Princess to name the pools, and I doubt you will receive a single mention of the Oasis Pool! This tiny pool lies protected from the elements by Skywalker's Walkway looming just above which may account for its proven forgettable. It is NOT visible from the tube!
A large hot tub adjoins the pool to starboard, and a kiddy pool, complete with water canon to port. A large chessboard and shuffleboard courts lie nearby as an alternative to the water.
The Oasis Bar provides beverage service on sea days between 10:00 am until 6:00 wpm. On port days, the hours run from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
For anyone seeking a peaceful respite from his or her fellow passengers or, possibly, a sheltered swim without actually being indoors, the Oasis Pool is worth “remembering”.
