Injuries

If a character is injured there is a chance they will suffer permanent injuries. Below are the chances of them getting a permanent injury.
Injury Level % chance of recieving a permenant injury
Light None
Heavy 20%
Serious 40%
Acute 60%
Crippled 80%

If they get a permanent injury cross out the first box on that location. Also see UkWD 260.
As well as losing a box on that location it is possible the injuries are more serious than they appear.If a location is seriously injured, acutely injured or crippled roll a D10 and consult the table below.

Chest and Abdomen -D10 Toughness
Leg -1 yard to all movement rates except crawling and climbing.
Arm -D10 Strength on that arm
Groin Old battle wound. Roll a D10 before each battle on a 1 the fighter may not play.
Head- Roll a D10 1 Head wound - Fighter becomes stupid/frenzied. Randomly determine which before each game.
2 Blinded in one eye - ˝ Initiative for vision based tests. Randomly determine which eye.
3 Partially deafened - ˝ Initiative for hearing based tests using that ear. (3/4 for both). Randomly determine which ear.
4 Shell shock - D10 Nv
5 Horrible scars - Now counts as fearsome.
6 Impressive scars - +D10 Ld
7 Hatred of...
Roll a D6:
1-2 the warrior
3-4 the warband
5-6 the race
that caused the injury. (Can't hate own race)
8 Roll again on this table. (if you roll this again count as no effect).
9-10 Roll again twice on this table. (if you roll this again count as no effect).
