The I AM Project (Interrogator Angil Meets…)

In the darkness of the 41st millennium one man searches for the truth. Travelling the Imperium with his trusty pictographic servator he seeks to find the truth about six simple things:
Sunlight, Aliens, Age, The Emperor, Mutants and Daemons.

Asking the varied populous of the Imperium about the six simple things he is sure the truth will become clear.

This week Interrogator Angil is in an unknown location talking to Maccarus Deaso, a 103 year old Inquisitor. After spiking his drinks with veritas, Interrogator Angil has managed to get him to talk openly.

Of all the worlds you have visited which had the most memorable sunlight?
How strangely the sun shines on the lands of Chaos. The warped spheres cast a sickening light such as you would “never” wish to experience.

What experience have you had of aliens?
I have seen them; I have fought and killed them. These collaborators and pawns of Chaos should all be killed.

You look quite old, are you due to retire soon?
Inquisitors never retire. Only in death do their duties end. At 103 I am not old for an Inquisitor. In a few hundred years I may be reborn.

        What of the Emperor?
What of Him? He is mighty indeed. He keeps a relentless watch over humanity and guides us through the sea of Chaos.

What are your views on mutants?
They are merely designs of Chaos and should be purged at every chance.

I have heard tales of Daemons. What are they?
They stalk warp space waiting for a fool to set them free. To utter the name of one can release a force so deadly it can lay waste to entire systems. We search out and destroy these fools and their masters. Without the Inquisition and the strength of the Emperor, many worlds would have been lost to Chaos by now.

Interrogator, now you know too much. You cannot be allowed to leave.
[Deaso draws a bolt pistol and presses against Interrogator Angil's head.]
Even under the influence of Veritas I can still act rationally. May the Emperor have mercy on your soul…
        Nooo…
