Rogue Psykers
There are many Rogue Psykers through out the Imperium and they are anybody who has Psychic powers who haven't been taught to use them from birth by Imperial officials and who haven't been to cope with the dangerous forces of the warp. Rogue Psykers pose a considerable threat to the Imperium as they are very easily are tempted by the evil powers of chaos to work for them. Most Rogue Psykers are hunted down and killed by the Inquisition but some times an Inquisitor will give the Psyker a choice of either death or a chance to serve him instead. Rogue Psykers powers range from the basic street trick to the ability to create storms and summon Daemons.
Equipment: Rouge Psykers have all types of equipment ranging from the common to the exotic depending on how powerful and how much influence they have. All Rouge Psykers have Psychic Powers to some extent.
Special Abilities: Psi-track, telepathy and sanctuary are all +15 difficulty points more, for it is usually navigators that use these powers. All others are at -10 difficulty points as they really aren't combat orientated at all.
(Note from Inquisitor Stephen Pearson: I would disagree on this point as I feel the psychic powers are fine as they are as these modifications make things too easy. A Rogue Psyker would have any skill at the difficulties in the rule book, probably specialising in one area).
