Here are some rundowns of the androids: (when I say isn't psychic power... the character still must muster up willpower, except the bolts are generated by machines, not pulled from the warp... people may still resist them using psychic powers)

Here is the formula to represent the way the group works:

Street Thugs + Mad Scientist = Street Thugs with experimental weapons systems = Criminal activity

Also, a new skill that all androids have:
Disposable Body: The character has an artificial neural net that is downloadable by a wireless device placed in the characters head. When the character falls unconcious, the system begins a 'self distruct' countdown.
Roll for actions as normal... for every successful action, a part of the android is downloaded back to the central computer. After 5 actions, the body explodes, destroying all evidence of it. Count the explosion as a krak grenade.

Fire Android: Flamethrower
This one was developed to be used on hostile environments with high heat. It uses fire for most of it's attacks. Most of it's armor is ceramite (the fire resistant ones I believe)
Equipment:
Mk1 Fire Storm Weapon system: Flame Cannon (Implanted in his arms where the hands should be)
Torch Helmet (allows him to launch fireballs... acts just like psychic power FIRESTORM but isn't psychic)
Synthskin + Re breather (gotta go into fire and smoke!)
Gunfighter

Ice Android: Arctic Missions
An Android that was developed fro working on frosty worlds to reinforce troops there. Can work almost indefinably in sub-zero conditions.
Equipment:
Mk1 Ice Slasher Weapon System: Ice Generated Throwing Axe (location hit is frozen like if hit by Webber)
Throwing stars
Void Chill (hey... he is cold)
Snow Parka (counts as a coat and the hood is a closed face helmet... yes he looks like kenny from southpark)
Surefooted: Can walk on slippery terrain without falling. Ignores difficult terrain.

Electric Android: Electricity Assault
An Android useful for assaulting bases and fighting vehicles. Overloads machinery with bolts of electricity.
Equipment:
Mk1 Thunder Beam: (counts as having Storm of Lightning... must generate just like psychic power, but isn't psychic)
Body has electrical field, making him a walking haywire grenade
Acrobatics
Has no CCW... but his unarmed damage counts as a shock weapon.
Sunglasses: Immune to photon flash grenades

Bomb Android: Demolitions
Can operate bombs and is resistant to explosions. Body cavity is filled with a grenade replicator, which gives access to a wide variety of bombs, while limiting the androids movement (he is fat and bulky)
Mk1 Hyper Bomb: Demolition Charges with timed explosives
Krak + frag grenades
Blast armor: Takes half damage from any explosives (grenades, rockets, etc)
Closed face helmet:

If you notice... very few of them (if any have close combat weapons...) and not to mention limited ranged weapons... They were designed by their creator to be specialized combat androids. In their native environment they are deadly... in regular situations, they are an annoyance.
I tried to represent the characters using existing rules (which =I= has a wide range of rules for everything) The androids stats are roughly that of an I. Guard Vet... but a bit lower (being street thugs and stuff)

What do you think? They are weenies... and their strength, like any gang is to 'gang up' on someone. Most times there will be at least 4 or more of them together (and in the future, there will be more androids...)
