Pagan Gathering of Glen Burnie

Paganism and Wicca are religious practices that center the spiritual belief
around the Goddess as well as the God. Religious celebrations are
practiced in accordance with the thirteen lunar Esbats and the eight
Sabbats that coincide with the changing of the seasons.
The eight Sabbats are as follows:

Samhain (pronounced sow-en) - October 31st
Yule or Winter Solstice - approx. December 22nd
Imbolc or Candlemas - February 1st
Ostara or Spring Equinox - approx. March 21st
Beltaine -May 1st
Litha or Midsummer - approx. June 21st
Lammas or Lughnasadh -August 1st
Mabon or Autumn Equinox - approx. September 22nd

Our group is open to those who wish to network with like minded individuals
or even to learn more about Paganism & Wicca as a religion and a way of life.
You do not need to be in Glen Burnie, or even in Maryland for that matter
to join. We do meet the first Saturday of every month to share & learn from each
other and just have fun, after all, you can't truly live without having fun.
