the rest of the world, with its own special recipes that every Haitian
family carries with them, wherever they go. And in many cities and states in
the U.S., not counting the many other parts of the world, where Haitians are
found, one can always testify of the delight found in Haitian cooking, which
reflects the influence of French cuisine, and the sweet satisfaction that
makes you want to come back for more. Herein, you will find the most common
