NOTE: Three cassettes in a plastic case. Rare mail order collection sold only through Shelby Singleton's Mail Order Music department in 1984. A very unusual selection of tracks in that, though several selections were recorded as Jimmy Ellis, they are all credited here as being Orion recordings. Further, the set is the only known release of the songs "Teen Angel", "Patches" and "Tell Laura I Love Her" before their inclusion in the Bear Family box set of  1999 making it a highly collectable release.

Even more confusing is the fact that an album would be credited to Ellis James while the single issued to promote the album would be credited to Orion.

NOTES: Several different versions of this compilation have been made available, all with same catalogue number, and all different from the same title on CD. At least one variation does NOT feature any tracks by Orion as these songs have been omitted.
Another cassette version features only 3 Orion songs but does not mention Orion anywhere on the sleeve.
Second variation has 9 tracks by Orion plus spoken Christmas Greeting.
Some of the tracks are alternate versions of the songs issued on the Orion Christmas EP.
