Other sources stated that the coupling was actually OLD TIME FEELING/SOME YOU WIN, SOME YOU LOSE and gave a catalogue number of SUN SI-1178. Further Information surfacing in November 2001 indicated that SUN SI-1179 featured the Orion coupling THAT OLD TIME FEELING/I WANT TO BE IN PICTURES. The latter track being a recording previously unknown to Orion collectors. There was also speculation that promo singles featuring this coupling may have been sent out to radio stations at some time. Recent evidence unearthed by Richard St. Pierre has now discredited the above info re Sun SI-1178/1179 and it is now known that these releases have no Orion/Ellis connection. SUN 1178 THAT OLD TIME FEELING is a 45rpm single by Rex Gosdin SUN 1179 is a 45 by Jim Owen, the A side being a track titled BOGALUSA. 45rpm Single |
