This is all about web page editors.
 I have tried to list the ones that
are freeware and simple to use.
 I like several of the easy ones
because my Html is limited and
I like the simplicity.
I think my favorite would be Webdwarf which really makes it very easy to build a page. It has many options and very good support from Virtual Mechanics.
Most of these editors we have tried and found them to be safe and  
easy to use. We have also used a free editor from Evrsoft that is great. However I recently learned that a programmer who worked on it had a weird sense of humor and placed a bad file in the buttons folder called"six buttons from hell".
Delete that file and its a very good program.
