CZ52 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FIRST MAKE SURE THAT SAID CZ52 IS EMPTY AND MAGAZINE IS REMOVED FROM THE WEAPON FIRST AND FOREMOST.............. 1: COCK THE HAMMER BACK 2: PULL DOWN ON THE SLIDE RELEASE AND THEN PUSH THE SLIDE FORWARD AND OFF THE RECIEVER. 3:REMOVE THE GRIP SPRING AND THEN BOTH GRIPS 4: NOW WITH A HEAVY SET OF PLIERS PUSH IN ON THE MAG RELEASE AND REMOVE THE RELEASE AND THEN TAKE THE SPRING OUT 5: REMOVE THE SMALL NUT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FRAME AND PUSH THE PIN IN TO JUST BELOW THE SIDE OF THE FRAME,NOW PUSH THE PIN IN OVER THE TRIGGER JUST BELOW THE SIDE OF THE FRAME AND THE SAME FOR THE SEAR PIN OVER THE NUT. 6: YOU CAN NOW INSERT A SMALL SCREWDRIVER BETWEEN THE HAMMER AND FRAME COVER SIDEPLATE TO LIFT IT OUT,TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT HOW THE PARTS SIT SO YOU CAN REASSEMBLE IT THE SAME WAY.MAKE NOTES FOR SPRINGS ON PAPER SO THEY GO TOGETHER RIGHT 7: YOU CAN NOW LIFT THE TRIGGER DISCONNECT UP AND PUSH THE SPRING OUT OF ITS HOLE ON IT . 8: NOW PUSH THE PIN COMPLETLY THRU THE SEAR WITH FINGER ON TOP SO THE SEAR SPRING DOESNT FLY OFF AND AWAY,NOW REMOVE THE SEAR FOR INSPECTION AND HONING IF NECCESARY. 9:PUSH THE HAMMER PIN THRU AND NOW TAKE THE HAMMER OUT AND INSPECT IT. HONE THE STEP FACES IF NECCESARY CORRECTLY.REMEMBER NEVER USE A COARSE STONE, YOU WANT TO POLISH THE SURFACE THE SEAR RIDES ON ,NOT REMOVER METAL. 10: INSPECT THE SAFETY/DECOCKER FOR ABNORMAL WEAR IF ANY.IF THEYRE IS GET A NEW DECOCKER AND INSTALL IT. 11: WHEN REASSEMBLING THE HAMMER GOES IN FIRST,YOU CAN NOW INSTALL THE DISCONNECTER AND TRIGGER SPRING,MAKING SURE THE SPRING WITH THE SHORT BEND GOES IN THE DICONNECTERS HOLE AND THE LONG END BEHIND THE PIN THAT HOLDS THE TRIGGER IN PLACE FOR PROPER TENSION 12: NOW INSTALL THE SEAR AND SPRING WITH THE PIN TO HOLD IT IN PLACE DO NOT PUSH THE PIN THRU THE HAMMER OR THE SEAR YET AS THE SIDEPLATE NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED STILL OVER THEM.WHEN PUTTING IN THE SEAR SPRING THE LONG END GOES DOWN AND THE SHORT END WITH THE BEND IS SITTING ON TOP OF THE SEAR TO PROVIDE PRESSURE CORRECTLY ON IT. 13: NOW TAKE THE SIDEPLATE AND INSERT THE STEPPED END IN ITS NOTCH AND TAP IT DOWNAND FORWARDS SO ITS SEATED RIGHT 14: NOW PUSH IN THE HAMMER PIN THRU THE SIDEPLATE . 15: NOW PUSH IN THE SEAR PIN THRU THE SIDEPLATE FLUSH 16: NOW PUSH THE TRIGGER PIN THRU THE SIDEPLATE FLUSH 17: NOW INSTALL THE NUT ON THE THREADED PIN SHAFT MAKING SURE THAT THE SAFETY NOTCHES ON THE LEFT SIDE ON THE FRAME/PIN LINE UP CORRECTLY. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE NUT ,IT WILL STRIP OR MAKE THE SAFETY IMPOSSIBLE TO OPERATE OR MOVE. 18: INSTALL THE HAMMER SPRING AND STRUT,THEN WITH PLIERS PUSH THE MAG CATCH OVER IT AND BACK IN PLACE ON THE STEP NOTCHES IN THE FRAME 19: INSTALL GRIPS AND SPRING RETAINER, AND SLIDE AND YOUR DONE. |

now here is the next pic for final takedown,1st lift trigger disconnect bar 1 off and slip the spring out of the hole in the forward part.the long end of the spring on the trigger wants to be to the left of the lower trigger pin on installation,the short hook end thru the hole.2 lift the trigger right up and out,3 push the hammer pin thru and remove the hammer.4 now push the sear pin thru and take the sear out and ejector plate.take note* when installing the parts put the hammer in first and then the sear,also make sure that the hooked end of the sear spring goes on top over the sear and the long end down inside to provide proper tension,make a fast drawing so you will not forget how the springs go.reassemble the trigger and spring then disconnect and then the sideplate,then you can tap the pins back thru the plate flush.*note a small screwdriver and drift pin can help in lining up and moving the sear into place to install it.next put the mag spring in,then grips on and slide assembly. |
