Rod Tips ,Fixes And Stuff
if you break a tip on a trip, take some superglue and a bic lighter, with your pliers hold the broken tip and heat it slow with the lighter ,pull the fiberglass shank out , then trim the leftover on the rod to fit the tip again, super glue it in place, takes 10 minutes to fix afield depending on how bad it is ...

to balance a rod take some washers and a cane tip fill the tip with the washers then push it over the end of handle also now is the time to add more or less slugs or washers to balance rod and reel out then tape it on  so it wont fly off if the handle is kinda small

if you have a loose ferrulle
take a drop of superglue to the spot where it meets the rod at the top of the wind after aligning it up with the others

to clean a badly dirty handle use dish soap and a green non stik scouring pad with a little ajax on it , cleans all the filth right offgood , makes for a better grip too
