Honing and polishing the sear and hammer notch
and trigger dissconect contact for a smoother pull
on the CZ52 trigger.

Here is the pic of the spots to carefully hone with a 600 grit stone and oil,i use a silicon stone from a lansky sharpening kit with out the plastic holder.you want to polish the faces at the end of the red lines evenly and sqaurely to insure a correct sear/hammer notch fit.the angles must be the same and not be changed at all,the end of the trigger disconnect that hits the sear at the sear contact to it may also be polished as well the same way so when your done you will have a very smooth feel and pull.when i did mine i noted that they were not polished out just cut and the machine marks on the edges made the pull feel very gritty, the best method i found so far doing this was to put the part in a small machinist vise with the sqaured contact point flush with the vise face,i then just laid the stone across after checking it for flush with a straightedge leaving just a minute bit above to be polished out, were talking less than 100th of an inch or so i could get a very sqaure polish on the complete face without worry of changing the notch step angle making it unsafe to use.
