Latimore Valley Fairgrounds is located in York Springs, Pa. just down the road from the famous Williamsgrove, Pa. Speedway. Each August the annual convention is held honoring one of the vintage clubs members who has dedicated themselves to the club and in turn the club honors them for the dedication. This 2000 year...Bill Wright was the member honored. Mr. Wright passed away during this past year. He was a vintage car owner, and devoted club member who spent many hours helping the Eastern Motorsports Museum. The old fairgrounds never looked better than this year...thanks in part to Lynn Paxton who spearheads things at the track. The museum is a must see...and a new addition has been started to the building...only good things are happening here. Be sure you get a visit in at the museum before things close up for the season in October. You can find a link on JIMMIES Old Time Racing Photos web site from the Vintage Links page...check it out for all the schedules and other information. Now on to the 2000 photos from Latimore Valley Fairgrounds...
