MORE FROM LAVONIA, GEORGIA...

Slim Dunaway recieving his trophy...which was sponsored by the Tri-County Chevrolet...for being the "oldest" living legend on hand Saturday May 13, 2000. Also recieving Tri-County trophies were Charlie Mincey for having the longest driving career which was from 1949-1983 and the trophy for coming the longest distance to the get together was ole "JIMMIE" himself...and we really appreciated it. At least I had something to show the family when I returned home to prove where I had been...thanks!

The "announcer"...Jimmy Mosteller...Mr. Hav-a-Tampa. Jimmy was kept busy all day interviewing the many legends on hand.
