Standing at a rather tall five feet eleven inches, Nijito looks down at most other Nihonjin. Like all his bandmates, he's slim, as is typical for visual rockers. Reddish-coppery hair frames his face, his bangs a little low on his dark eyes. Most noticeable about Nijito are his full lips, which look even better in black lipstick.

Favoring black, even outside of the band, Nijito is often found in EGA type attire. Truly, it's a little different from the neo-punk/futuristic monster outfits the band goes for on stage, but Nijito likes it well enough, and is often the inspiration for many kids' cosplay costumes. Much like Mana-sama, he's opened his own clothing line, and helps with most of the designs.

Nijito was born in Tokyo in August, 1982. His mother was a fashion designer and his father was a doctor. Together, they pulled in a lot of money. Needless to say, little Nijito was well provided for, and often times dreadfully spoiled. Yet, somehow, Nijito didn't exude that snobby rich kid aura. It surprised his school friends, who knew no better, seeing him in a uniform everyday, that everyone, despite their status, had to wear. -They'd go to Nijito's house for parties, and were awed by how large it was, how wealthy Nijito's family was. How nice tht Nijito was humble enough to not flaunt such things.

Nijito met Nakajima Kazuko and Inoue Saimei in junior high school. By that time, Kaz was known as the bad boy, and Saimei, him, and a few other boys made up the 'rebel' crowd. They'd sit in the back of class throwing things or talking quietly, despite the smacks they'd get from the teacher. At first, Nijito dismissed them as common bullies. It wasn't until one day in the fall, after school was out, that Nijito discovered otherwise... Kaz was sitting alone on the school steps, listening to a CD player through headphones when Nijito came out and took a seat on the far side of the steps to wait for the car to pick him up. When he heard Kaz singing in broken, funny English, he laughed, which made Kaz glance at him. When Kaz rose, Nijito thought he was going to get an ass kicking from the scrawny boy. However... Kaz had other plans. He took his headphones off and scowled until he was standing right in front of Nijito.. Then, suddenly, he was extending the headphones: "Amerika no ongaku desu!" He exclaimed happily, waving the headphones for Nijito to take them.

That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship.Growing up together, Nijito, Kaz and Saimei were always trying to start bands. They adored rock music, and they were desperate to be rockstars, -much to the ire of his parents, who were very concerned that Nijito wasn't studying enough and that he wouldn't go to Tokyo University like both of them did. Regardless, Nijito was happy, and picked up keyboards quickly from the years of piano he had since he was four.

When they were sixteen, the boys met Io. Io was just what they needed to start a band! Io played bass beautifully, Kaz could sing, Nijito had keyboards down, and Saimei mastered the drums years before (as soon as their rock star dreams started). [discordian knot] was formed. Kaz was churning out lyrics like a factory and they were all working on music. They were missing school, getting bad grades, but their band was going places. They were determined to be visual, after their heros, X Japan. Nijito's parents were furious at his low grades and were constantly threatening, but he didn't care. When they threatened to cut him off, he did it for them, moving in with Io, who was slightly older and had an apartment of his own.

Seventeen. They were seventeen when they were signed with Terachi Entertainment Group. Since then, it's been a whirlwind of wardrobe, make up, lights, music, fans... Nijito is dizzy, but happy. Recently, he's started speaking civilly with his parents again, who don't really like what he's doing and the 'message' he's supposedly sending, but love him and want to be a part of his life. He even took his long time girlfriend, Kimiko, to meet them. They adored her, because she was a normal girl, and tried to talk her into 'setting Nijito straight'. To that, he just laughs.
