She has had several years of experience in Nursing, Research, and Teaching, with a particular interest in online learning. A case study and a qualitative research approach were used in her Master's Project entitled,

Factors Influencing the Development of an On-line Course: A Faculty Perspective.

 

She has worked as a Teaching Assistant in a Distance Education Course offered by the University of Saskatchewan's College of Education and has taken several courses in instructional design, including Web-CT.
