Name Meaning
Darkfate... H'm... I wonder what that means! Actually, the name kinda speaks for itself. Darkfate has a dark fate.
Her real name(the name she possessed before she was Dark)is Tala, which means "Wolf".
Physical Description
Darkfate is all black with streaks of white randomly placed throughout her coat. She is strong and powerfully built with a thick, somewhat shaggy coat and pale blue eyes that seem to glow against her dark coat. There is a scar on her face that stretches from the left corner of her jaw across her right eye, making her partially blind in that eye. Her left ear is torn and tattered and her body is abnormally large. She is quite pretty, although she is visibly evil. Her eyes are turned up at the corners, giving them a serpent-like appearance. She is clearly built for strength more than speed.
Personality
Darkfate is crafty, calm, and intelligent. However, though most powerful darkwolves tend to be prideful and boastful, Darkfate is not. She does not feel the need for such flaunty displays, seeing them as a mere waste of time. She knows her own limits and abilities, and that is all that matters in her eyes.
Darkfate is unusually calm and patient. It takes a lot to anger her, and when she does become angry, her anger quickly subsides and is never blown out of proportion. She is extremely disciplined when it comes to emotions and battle, and she is fairly easy going with her own kind... as long as they are strong. One of the only things Darkfate does not tolerate is weakness. She has been known to kill wolves, even of her own kind, who have shown in the slightest a touch of weakness. The other thing she does not stand for is treason. Wolves showing signs of converting to light are also quickly dealt with and just as easily forgotten.
Evil to the core, Darkfate shows no mercy to her victims. Yet, she does possess a hint of honor in her being. She usually never kills pups, unless in their growing up she senses a threat. She likes a good challenge and when she wins a battle the victim is almost always killed and, depending on her moods, the victim is either killed quickly or tortured. On top of that, Darkfate is extremely skilled in playing mind games...
Weaknesses
Wouldn't you like to know? Okay, I finally figured out one of her weaknesses: Her first-born daugher, Pure Magic. Darkfate killed all her pups because, through them, a piece of her old self, Tala, was born. Pure Magic, being her first born, possesses more of Tala within her than any of the others and Darkfate fears that. She fears herself...
Powers and Magic Abilities
Er... Again, I am at a loss. I really don't know yet, although of course she's going to have strengths in the Dark magic element. What I do know is this: She is a shape-shifter and has the ability to go through things(think Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo). She also has the ability to travel between Realms, Realities, and time periods. She is famous for training her students in a place called the Emptiness, a Realm that puts the trainees up against their own worst fears. Here is a list of some of the spells I have figured out for her:
Chain of Shadows: A spell that forms a link between the victim and Darkness, fueling the victim with evil and chaining him to the Dark Side. This spell can be removed if the chain falls into the paws of one who dwells in the Light.
Shadow Fyre: A type of element that Darkfate invented herself(which means only she can control it). It is a type of fire that burns hotter than the hottest flames imaginable. The fire can burn under and atop water and it is much more agressive than ordinary fire, spreading quickly and efficiently. It can only be extinguished with powerful Light Magic and it can be commanded to perform various feats. Darkfate often combines this element with other spells.
Light of Death: A spell that instantly kills the victim. A darkness so bright it could blind washes over the victim, taking it's soul with it. However, Darkfate can only use this spell if she is extremely angry(try calling her by her real name, Tala, a few times if you want an instant death for your character ;Þ).
Black Myst: A spell that works to heal Darkfate and other Darkwolves she chooses to cast it on. However, if cast on a Lightwolf, the spell will cause damage to the wolf. if cast on a Neutral wolf, it will have no effect.
Status and Family
She is currently single. She hasn't been known to keep her mates very long and when she does choose a mate she is very particular about just who she chooses. It is generally she that makes the first move. As for age, she is ageless and immortal, as in the sense that she cannot die of old age like most wolves. She has no family, save the few pups she has spawned and allowed to live, only to desert them. Recently, however, she has taken in a young male pup whom she named Thorn. The pup was actually her only surviving daughter's offspring. Darkfate killed her own daughter, Althea, and took her grandson into her care in the hopes of making a powerful darkwolf out of him. Using mind games, she has apparently won his loyalty and turned him against lightwolves.
Recently, one of Darkfate's daughters, her first-born child Pure Magic, has returned. She was ressurrected by Gaia in the hopes that she could defeat her mother...
Background

Darkfate was not always a Darkwolf. In fact, she was at one time the kindest wolf to walk the Earth, but she was unfortunately corrupted by Kali, the Goddess of Darkness, while on the verge of death. She only has half a soul, for the other half is owned by Kali. In short, Darkfate is ultimately Kali in the flesh, serving as her servant.
Darkfate comes from the future at a time when the Earth, having experienced the Ragnarok, rebuilt itself and is new again. The Earth was all good at that time, but Kali, having created Darkfate, used Darkfate to spread evil upon the land once more, becoming the first Dark being. There were many wars and the Earth was in chaos, Darkfate being the cause of it all. She was feared by all and was rumored to have killed hundreds of creatures with her claws alone consecutively.
Aside from causing chaos in the future, Darkfate often travels to different time periods, worlds, and realities, carrying out Kali's wish.
