Ex-Parte Motion for New Trial.
The ex-parte order facilitating a motion for a new trial "before" I was evicted was denied. The motion for a new trial contained perhaps fifteen exhibits which were new evidence, a pre-requisite for a new trial. The judge, after the fact, examined the motion and realized that my allegations for "retaliatory eviction" had a excellent basis so to support his denial of the motion he scribbled on the bottom right corner of the order his "reason" for the denial.
I had filed the document at 10:34 AM as the ex-parte submittal stipulated.
