Motion to Amend Minute Order of 6/8/98
The judge granted this motion to amend the minute order of June 6, 1998, NUNC PRO TUNC. Meaning "as if it were done at the time". At the time I would have had sixty days to appeal the denial of the motion to disqualify. The judge has again acted opposite to the intent of the law by depriving me of a just and fair hearing, ever.
The judge knows that the appeals court would have a very hard time not reversing his decision. The transcripts from the hearing of the motion for judicial review, the basis for the motion disqualify, or proof of judicial prejudice, are absolute proof and cannot be rationally denied as such!
