Motion Requesting Appointment of Council
Having learned that a person trained in law was vital to at least witness the process of the court I asked for the appointment of an attorney immediately.

Plaintiff requests a court order for appointment of counsel as entitled under
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure for the United States District Courts;
Rule 43(e)
(e) Evidence on Motions.
"When a motion is based on facts not appearing of record the court may hear the matter on affidavits presented by the respective parties, but the court may direct that the matter be heard wholly or partly on testimony or deposition."
PLAINTIFFS DECLARATION
