The lower citation was given on April 20, 1999. While I waited for the tow truck to impound my vehicle I went back inside the friends house I had been visiting, it was about 11:00 AM. On the television the news was reporting the shootings at Columbine high school in Littleton Colorado. The officer citing me was the same officer who had made the false collision report on December 18, 1998.
