Raimondo's Staff gives him Animal Friendship 2, and the power to control
animals with mind scores less than 2. Then he must control them with a
Control Beast spell.
History
Raimondo was born with a touch of magic. This twist of fate this gave him the ability to control animals. In his small village in Italy, he was looked upon as the wonder child, the one who commanded the beasts. But this made him lonly. While he was looked upon with wonder, also people avoided him and when he was just 10, he left the village never to return. Although looked after by animals, he longed for human companionship. At this time he was picked up by a great sorcerer named George Doyle. George taught the boy the fickle ways of magic, and after 6 years he became a fully fledged sorcerer.
Raimondo was put into the care of a kindly old couple who lived just
outside Tokyo. When Shinjuku fell, he wept for all the releaced souls of
the people who lived there.
