History
Tomokazo was born in Japan  in 1975. When he was young he displayed talent for the warrior arts, and out of respect for his Samurai heritage, he learnt the martial and written arts with equal enthusiam. It wasn't until his grandfather noticed the resmblance between him and an ancestor, that his parents took his Nempo studies seriously. They beleived it was all just a figment of his imagination. He took to the arts of diplomacy and languages naturally. His parents insisted that he wore his black hair long, in a single ponytail to show his 'warrior spirit'. He always thought it looked a little scraggly, but did as his parents requested.

In 1992, when he was 17, his father had run up some very large gambling debts, with the local Triads. His father was killed and his mother was taken in the middle of the night, never to be seen by him again. He tried to stop them, but only an poor aim and good luck kept him alive. His grandfather nursed him back to health, but Tomokazo swore revenge. For over a year, he fought a one man war agains the Triad that had taken his mother, and took the name 'Shadow Thunder', as that is what they called him.

He went in and killed without mercy, leaving none alive. This went well, until he was caught out in the open, was nearly killed again. This time a mysterious warrior named Fate appeared, and interviened, saving his life for the second time. With Fate's help he has faked his own death, and has began to learn the price of vengance isn't always worth paying. At the moment he is living a quiet life in a small town near Tokyo, and is waiting for Fate to come and resume his training.
