So, on October 17, 1977 under the name of <B>Les citoyen pour la naturopathie</B> we conducted our first meeting in Montreal, Quebec.</div> <bR> <div> As we organizationally expanded to Gatineau, Quebec and Ottawa, Ontario we increased in numbers of active volunteer's. It was necessary to concentrate on the subject of Volunteer Administration Management.
