At The End of My Day


What a wonderful world we live in!
To share the mysteries of life.
To hold love in our hearts.
To be husband and wife.

How gracious God has been to us.
To let the mysteries unfold.
And let us enjoy our love,
Always to have and to hold.

Our hearts soar with belonging.
Our souls rejoice anew.
Our lives filled with goodness.
With sunshine and skys of blue.

The mountains stand so majestic.
With waters that run deep and true.
All of this would be for naught.
Were it not for Gods gift of you.

So Thank you my Dear Lord.
For blessing my life so well.
For giving me so much.
For the sweet roses I smell.


My life you have made a wonder.
A smiling and happy way.
And always there you stand,
Waiting at the end of my day.
