not readily accept jesus' so-called

was said to have happened. having said that, let's see just what happened

well, this was precisely how the apostles REACTED initially when told of the resurrection. it was really strange, if not incredible to begin with. but more importantly, the scripture also shows:

believe in God's love

On the weekend of 23-24
May, the HOLY FATHER [pope] made a PASTORAL
VISIT TO VERCELLI AND TURIN, ITALY. THE culmination of his pilgrimage was

4. The image of human suffering is reflected in THE _S_H_R_O_U_D._
5. THE _S_H_R_O_U_D_ IS ALSO AN IMAGE OF GOD'S LOVE as well as of human sin.
It invites us to REDISCOVER THE ULTIMATE REASON FOR JESUS' REDEEMING DEATH.
In the incomparable suffering that it documents, the love of the One who "so loved
the world that he gave his only Son" (Jn 3: 16) is made almost tangible and reveals
its astonishing dimensions.

gospels confirm the aforesaid with absolute certainty?

this diversion is extremely important at this point, as it
will enable us to understand the gospels on this matter and vice versa. my
point thus far is, if the above was TRUE(?), as depicted in the gospels, preached and
PROCLAIMED by the vatican and some of the pro-shroud christian researchers and
investigators, etc., then we should have no difficulty in correlating the
gospels with paul's letters & the book of revelation, etc.
d. where was -- that GREAT CITY , where jesus was said to have
been CRUCI_FIED _AS WELL_? mark the words -- *_AS WELL_*
we must also note that all 4 gospels have asserted plainly that jesus was cruci_fied
in calvary or golgotha, i.e., a place of skull.
WHERE WAS THAT PLACE OF SKULL? was it the one indicated at:

also be called "egypt" when the therapeutae met there, as has been

"JERUSALEM", using the plural form of the word.

related to Jerusalem [ibid.].

CRUCIFIXION
A New Testament
verse says Jesus suffered "outside the gate"

"outside the camp". ... The phrase "outside
the camp" also had a further
sense to those who knew their Old Testament:

answer to any of these very basic and fundamental questions in christianity. so
let's look at them from a broader perspective.

an attentive reading of the scripture will show that this was precisely what PAUL
was capable of doing viz., DELIVER PEOPLE TO SATAN, as per his own
admission. as a matter of fact, his controversial conversion to the new faith
or the one found by him, was clearly due to similar SATANIC INTRIGUES AND DECEPTIONS,
as i have shown often in my writings before. and more importantly, the matter
at hand is a further proof of the aforesaid, as you will see herein.

Body of evidence shows Shroud of Turin is a forgery
Amherst, NY (August 16, 2000)--The Shroud of
Turin was unveiled for a rare
two-month public viewing on Saturday, August 12, in Turin, Italy.
Finally, the Turin shroud contradicts the account of
Jesus' burial in the
Gospel of John. In the Greek New Testament, Jesus is said to have been
wrapped in othonia-strips of linen, not a whole linen sheet. (John 19:40 and
20:6-7). John also says that Jesus' body was buried in a large quantity of
aloes and myrrh: no trace of either spice has been found on the shroud.

In what Time magazine called a "sort of resurrection," the Shroud of
Turin
controversy has risen once again. It was sparked by the reputed burial cloth's
exhibition during April and May in Turin, Italy, the first public showing in
two
decades. It also marked the one-hundredth anniversary of the first photograph
of
the cloth's image - that of a man who appears to have been crucified like Jesus
in the Christian gospels (Van Biema 1998).
"Shroud Science"
With such notions came an unfortunate abuse of science. Whereas the scientific
approach is to let the evidence lead to a solution, "shroud science"
(or
"sindonology") begins with the desired answer and then works
backward,
dismissing or rationalizing whatever arguments or evidence may be incompatible
with it. It was therefore difficult to imagine that it was scientists who were
so readily invoking a miracle.
Unfortunately, the forty-some-member Shroud of Turin Research Project (STURP),
which conducted the 1978 investigation of the shroud, was woefully unqualified
for the task. Many members were operating out of their specific fields, and bad
- certainly questionable - science was rampant. That situation continues in
sindonology today.

if the shroud is real, it can teach us
much about jesus. we should first determine whether it is real. second, we
should inquire into the spiritual origins of the shroud within the CONTEXT of a
firm understanding of how to clearly discern the characteristics of the work of
god AND THE WORK OF SATAN.
the SCRIPTURE teaches that SATAN is a spoiler who perverts and twists the truth .....
with that basis, we can perhaps settle whether SATAN

and resurrection.
CRUCIAL:

this was in spite of the fact that both his Hands(?)
-and/or- WRISTS AND _F_E_E_T_ had been
WOUNDED or said to have been _N_A_I_L_E_D_ to
the cross -- only 36 hours or so prior to that meeting and/or his
resurrection.
when asked about this seemingly implausible event, our faithful christian friends
have a ready made or stereotyped -- answer for this miracle. they contend or
assume that he was raised in another spiritual body or that it was changed into
a heavenly body.
