ISLAM, THE RELIGION OF ABRAHAM

&  

THE BIBLE

As most of you know, the above was a hotly contested issue between the Jews, Christians and Muslims since the revelation of Islam per se, and more so, because ISLAM  DECLARED to be an ETERNAL RELIGION -- [Submission to God] -- & THE RELIGION OF ABRAHAM. 

However, an intelligent study of the Bible will show that ISLAM was right after all is said and done because not only did Allah have the intimate knowledge of what He had revealed to His Beloved Holy Prophet (SAS) then but also recent archaeological discoveries, etc., have shown plainly that the Bible as a whole -- had been written and rewritten or reconstructed over a long period of time, from highly SELECTIVE SOURCES -- in order to promote or oppose certain prevailing and/or PRE-BIBLICAL NOTIONS, etc. As a matter of fact, there are instances in the Bible where we have more than one version of a given episode, derived from DIFFERENT SOURCES.

It may be an extract from some historical annals, belonging to an unknown secular source, for the meeting of Melchizedek, king of Salem and priest of God Most High (El 'Elyon), and Abraham is impressive. The king-priest greets him with bread and wine on his victorious return and blesses him in the name of God Most High.

In this scene, the figure of the patriarch takes on a singular aspect. How is his
religious behaviour to be characterized? He swears by "the Lord God Most High"--i.e.,
by both Yahweh and El 'Elyon. It is known that, on the matter of the revelation of
Yahweh to man, the biblical traditions differ. According to what scholars call the
Yahwistic source (J) in the Pentateuch (the first five books of the Bible), Yahweh had
been known and worshiped since Adam's time. According to the so-called Priestly
source (P), the name of Yahweh was revealed only to Moses. It may be concluded that
it was probably El whom the patriarchs, including Abraham, knew. He was thus to become El 'Olam (God the Everlasting One), El 'Elyon (God Most High), El Shaddai (God, the One of the Mountains), and El Ro'i (God of Vision). In short, the god of Abraham possessed duration, transcendence, power, and knowledge.

Even so, Allah's MESSAGE had been unequivocal throughout.

           Genesis 16:3

Abram's _w_i_f_e_ Sarai took Hagar the Egyptian, her maid, and gave her to her husband Abram as his _w_i_f_e_.

This should and must be the starting point for any intelligent and objective biblical inquiry into this matter. Despite what the Bible writers would have us believe elsewhere about this MATRIMONIAL UNION between Abraham and HAGAR, both Sarah and the Torah RECOGNIZED HAGAR as Abraham's LEGITIMATE WIFE at that point. And that, was not without a purpose or a DIVINE reason. 

Remember that HAGAR was the very FIRST PERSON in the Bible, WHO HAD SEEN THE LORD GOD AND/OR THE ANGEL OF THE LORD FACE TO FACE AND LIVED AFTERWARDS. In the like manner, HER SON ISHMAEL was NAMED SO by the Lord God Himself. The God was with the lad -- [Ishmael] -- and he grew.

     Genesis 16:10 Moreover, the angel of the LORD said to her [HAGAR] , I will greatly multiply your  [HAGAR] descendants so that they will be too many to count.  Genesis 16:11 The angel of the LORD said to her further, Behold, you are with child, And you will bear a son; And you shall call his name Ishmael, Because the LORD has given heed to your affliction.  

Genesis 16:13 Then she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, You are a God who sees; for she said, Have I even remained alive here after seeing Him? Genesis 16:14 Therefore the well was called Beer-lahai-roi; behold,  Genesis 16:15 So Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram called the name of his son, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael.

COMPARE

     Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. Exodus 3:4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. Exodus 3:6 Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God. 
 

Millenniums later Paul taught:

         Galatians 4:22
 For it is written, that ABRAHAM HAD TWO SONS, the one by a BONDMAID [ISHMAEL], the other by a freewoman. Galatians 4:24 Which things are an _A_L_L_E_G_O_R_Y_: for these are the 2--two covenants; the one from the MOUNT SINAI, which gendereth to bondage, which is AGAR. Galatians 4:25 For this AGAR [HAGAR] is mount Sinai in ARABIA,

Yet, how was ONE of these DIVINE COVENANTS fulfilled? 

    Deuteronomy 33:1 And this is the BLESSING, wherewith MOSES the man of God blessed the CHILDREN OF ISRAEL before his death.

What was that BLESSING about and HOW far did it go? Did IT include the ISHMAELITES -- i.e., the Children of ISHMAEL, Abraham's FIRSTBORN? Well, let the bible speak for it self:

             Deuteronomy 33:2 And he said,
    THE LORD CAME FROM Sinai [Moses],
    And rose up from Seir [Esau] unto them;
    HE SHINED FORTH FROM MOUNT PARAN [ISHMAEL],
and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right
hand went a fiery law for them.
 

Please consider the above text in the light of the following BIBLICAL FACTS ONLY in order to understand the overall IMPACT and IMPORTANCE of the  ISHMAELITE BRANCH in GOD'S DIVINE PLAN-- despite all the biases and odds against it:

1.    THE LORD CAME FROM Sinai   

vis-à-vis   

AGAR [HAGAR] is mount Sinai in ARABIA

2.    And rose up from Seir   

vis-à-vis      

Thus dwelt Esau in mount Seir .... ESAU took his WIVES ...And BASHEMATH ISHMAEL'S DAUGHTER, sister of Nebajoth.

 

3.    HE SHINED FORTH FROM MOUNT PARAN [ISHMAEL]   

vis-à-vis

God was with the lad [ISHMAEL], and he grew;  

He lived in the wilderness of Paran,

In addition, the ISHMAELITES SAVED JOSEPH, who in turn, SAVED the children of Israel from a total extinction, DESPITE God's earlier PROMISE to Isaac, etc. 

The LORD GOD of Abraham Himself connected the ISHMAELITES to his [Abraham] more direct family like so:

    Moses, a direct descendant of Abraham married a daughter of a Midianite/ ISHMAELITE [ priest [imam-arabic], who advised him to accept God's mission to the children of Israel. [Exodus 18:1; Genesis 37:28,36]

    Genesis 32:3 And Jacob sent messengers before him to ESAU his brother unto the land of SEIR, the country of EDOM. Genesis 36:8 Thus dwelt Esau in mount Seir: Esau is Edom.

   Genesis 36:2 ESAU took his WIVES ...  36:3 And BASHEMATH ISHMAEL'S DAUGHTER, sister of Nebajoth. Genesis 36:10 These are the names of Esau's sons -- Reuel the son of BASHEMATH the wife of Esau. Genesis 36:13 And these are the sons of Reuel; Nahath, and Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah: these were the sons of BASHEMATH Esau's wife. Genesis 36:17 And these are the sons of Reuel Esau's son; -- these are the sons of BASHEMATH Esau's wife.

As you can see, Abraham and ISHMAEL as well, those ISHMAELITES through Esau and Moses were also INCLUDED in God's ORIGINAL PLANS AND BLESSINGS at Mounts SINAI, SEIR AND PARAN, as cited above.

IMPORTANT NOTE & REFLECTION:

   a.            Genesis 16:11 --  *Behold, you [HAGAR] are with child, And you will bear a son; And you shall call his name ISHMAEL.*

     b.           Genesis 16:15 -- *and Abram called the name of his son, whom Hagar bore, ISHMAEL.*

This Book of Genesis says plainly that God GAVE *THAT NAME TO HAGAR* ONLY and not to Abraham. 

i.    Hence, why did ABRAHAM _A_L_S_O_ NAME his SON - "ISHMAEL"?

ii.  HOW did he come to know about that NAME in the first place? 

iii.  Did the Lord God of Abraham CONVEY it to him as well?

iv.  Or, WAS Abraham ALSO PRESENT with Hagar WHEN the Most High God [El Elyon--Al-Aliyuun] - MANIFESTED HIMSELF, INTERVENED AND REVEALED it to HAGAR at the most crucial hour in her life?

Genesis 16:13 Then she [HAGAR] called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, You are a God who sees; for she said, Have I even remained alive here after seeing Him?

v.  And, that being the case, WHAT does it tell us about the original REVELATION  of this and other similar episodes relating to Hagar & ISHMAEL, which for all intents and purposes, have been EXPUNGED from the Torah & the New Testament?

Allow me to continue:

Genesis 16:16 Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to him.

Genesis 17:18 And Abraham said to God, Oh that Ishmael might live before You!

Genesis 17:20 As for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I will bless him, and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall become the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation.

Genesis 21:18 Arise [HAGAR], lift up the lad, and hold him by the hand, for I will make a great nation of him [ISHMAEL].

Genesis 21:19 Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water; and she went and filled the skin with water and gave the lad [ISHMAEL] a drink.

Genesis 21:20 God was with the lad [ISHMAEL], and he grew; and he lived in the wilderness and became an archer. Genesis 21:21 He lived in the wilderness of Paran, and his mother took a wife for him from the land of Egypt.

Genesis 25:13 and these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, in the order of their birth: Nebaioth, the firstborn of Ishmael, and KEDAR and Adbeel and Mibsam

 

UNEQUIVOCAL TRANSITION

A NEW SONG -- KEDAR & GOD'S ADVENT

 Rest assured, this was the most fitting description of Hzt. Imam Ali (as) [the LION of Allah] in the Bible. And more importantly, the Holy Qur'an had also depicted Him in a similar context, which I have shown often in my writings previously:

A Pesher is a kind of commentary on the Bible that was common in the community that wrote the Dead Sea Scrolls. This kind of commentary is not an attempt to explain what the Bible meant when it was originally written, but rather what it means in the day and age of the commentator, particularly for his own community. In the Isaiah Pesher, or commentary on the book of Isaiah, a verse or verses from Isaiah are quoted. Then the commentary begins, often introduced by the word "pesher," or "the interpretation of the word..." If we were to write a commentary in this way today we might quote a bible verse and then say, "and the meaning of the verse is..." and go on to show the significance of the verse for our own church, synagogue, or society.

        Genesis 49:1 

And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in THE LAST DAYS. Genesis 49:8 Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall _P_R_A_I_S_E:_ thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall BOW DOWN BEFORE THEE. 

STOP & REFLECT:

    And Jacob called unto his _s_o_n_s;_

    that which shall befall you in THE _L_A_S_T_ DAYS;

    _J_u_d_a_h,_ thou art he whom _t_h_y_ _b_r_e_t_h_r_e_n_ shall _P_R_A_I_S_E;_

    thy _f_a_t_h_e_r'_s_ _c_h_i_l_d_r_e_n_ shall BOW DOWN BEFORE THEE

Please note how the book of Genesis addressed Jacob's progeny in this, the most critical matter. 

IN THE _L_A_S_T_ DAYS;

a.     *his _s_o_n_s;* 
b.     *_t_h_y_ _b_r_e_t_h_r_e_n;_* 
c.     *thy _f_a_t_h_e_r'_s_ _c_h_i_l_d_r_e_n_.  

What did Jacob mean in the said context & CONNOTATION?? He was clearly speaking of the end time -- as pertaining to his own children, their descendants [jews & israelites] and THEIR BRETHREN [*_t_h_y_ _b_r_e_t_h_r_e_n;_* ] namely, the ISHMAELITES. 

   "_J_u_d_a_h,_ thou art he whom _t_h_y_ _b_r_e_t_h_r_e_n_ shall _P_R_A_I_S_E;_" -- AND PRAISE THEY--[_t_h_y_ _b_r_e_t_h_r_e_n,_] namely, the ISHMAELITES DID and still do. Both Ahmad and Muhammad mean PRAISE -- in different forms. 

And as such, that *end time messianic prophecy* DID NOT AND COULD NOT have applied to either judah or jesus per se., because the former was not a prophet or priest by any means and the latter was neither a biological descendant of judah nor did the children of judah 'ACCEPT OR BOW FOR THEE [jesus]'! 

In other words, not only did Jesus descend on his maternal side, from the *daughters of Aaron,* who himself was a LEVITE and not a descendant of Judah -- but also according to john's gospel, the Jews and the Israelites were still searching for *THAT PROPHET* whose advent was EXPECTED _A_F_T_E_R_ the Christ.

a.    So regardless of what the gospel writers, Paul and/or the pious exponents of those gospels would have us believe; 
b.    Jesus did not descend from Judah. 
c.    Rather, he was the *son of the Holy Ghost,* who did not have any *human lineage.* 

On the other hand, we can't even establish Joseph's Davidic lineage from the Bible, the biblical history and/or any other archaeological record extant.  So, what choice do we have in the absence of these crucial biblical or historical records or evidence?

Luke 1:5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.

Luke 1:34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

Luke 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Luke 1:36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth,

John 1:20 And he confessed, and denied not;
but confessed, I am not the Christ.
John 1:21 And they asked him, What then? 
Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not.   
ART THOU THAT PROPHET? 
And he answered, No.
John 1:25 And they asked him, and said unto him, 
Why baptizest thou then, 
if thou be not that Christ, 
nor Elias, 
NEITHER THAT PROPHET? 

As you can see, the children of Israel were still waiting for THAT PROPHET. But that's not all. Even John the Baptist, Jesus' said forerunner and the one who had supposedly also baptized(?) him shortly before or after he went to prison -- DID NOT KNOW  that Jesus, HIS OWN COUSIN WAS -- THE PROMISED MESSIAH. Please allow me to quote the scripture again: 

     Matthew 11:2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, Matthew 11:3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? Matthew 11:4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and show John

In short, this biblical evidence shows without the shadow of a doubt that -- despite his own godly anointment, which the Holy Qur'an also acknowledged,  the Christ Jesus, son of Mary [pbuth] was NOT and could NOT have been the PROMISED MESSIAH -- in the literal sense of the term. I have already covered this very interesting matter in the past and as such, will not repeat the same here.

However, there are some very interesting & revealing facts mentioned in the original text, which we shall now consider.

AN IRREVOCABLE CONDITION

 OF FULFILLMENT -- viz.,

*shall NOT _D_E_P_A_R_T_ from Judah

_U_N_T_I_L_ SHILOH COME*

Shiloh is a Hebrew
word meaning "peace." -- [Master Study Bible, New American Standard pp. 2177] --

ISLAM ALSO MEANS PEACE.  

 

 

         Genesis 49:9 Judah is a LION'S whelp: from the PREY, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a LION, and as an old LION; who shall ROUSE him up? Genesis 49:10 The sceptre shall NOT _D_E_P_A_R_T_ from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, _U_N_T_I_L_ SHILOH [messiah--peace--islam] COME; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. 

 

Isaiah 42:11 Let the _D_E_S_E_R_T_ and its cities LIFT UP THEIR VOICES, the villages that _K_E_D_A_R_ [Descendants of ISHMAEL], inhabits; let the inhabitants of Sela SING for joy, let them SHOUT FROM THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAINS. Isaiah 42:12 Let them give glory to the LORD, and declare his praise in the coastlands. Isaiah 42:13 THE LORD SHALL GO FORTH AS A MIGHTY MAN, he shall stir up jealousy LIKE A MAN OF WAR: he shall cry, YEA, _R_O_A_R;_ he shall prevail against his enemies. 

 

AGAIN -- rest assured, this was the most fitting description of Hzt. Imam Ali (as) [the LION of Allah] in the Bible. And more importantly, the Holy Qur'an had also depicted Him in a similar context, which I have shown often in the past as well. 

Please read the above text very slowly and intelligently and see what it says. For starters, it plainly speaks of a  CONDITIONAL DEPARTURE AND/OR TRANSITION -- and hence, Jacob's usage of different terms and connotations with respect to matters pertaining to his children and their BRETHREN in the LAST DAYS.

Shiloh the Peacemaker

Text: Genesis 49:8-12
Introduction:

1. The fourth and final prophecy dealing with the Messianic theme to be found in the Book of Genesis is found in chapter forty-nine, verses eight through twelve.

So, primacy, in the matter of the redemption of the world through Christ,
would come through Judah, the father of the tribe of Judah.
9. This inspired prophecy begins, in verses eight and nine, by setting forth four statements concerning the exaltation of Judah. They are:
a) Judah was to be praised by the other tribes.
d) Judah would be like a lion and strike fear into the hearts of those around the tribe.

The Meaning of the Name Shiloh. (This has exercised the ingenuity of Bible commentators for many years.)
A. The word appears as a proper noun, that is a given name, and for that reason it is always capitalized in the English translations of the Bible.
1. Since “Shiloh” appears to be the subject of the verb, “shall come,” it is to be regarded as a proper name for someone.
2. Shiloh, then, would be the first proper name given to the Messiah in the Old Testament!
B. Brother Homer Hailey comments on the meaning of the name “Shiloh” as follows: “In the promise to Judah quoted above (verse 10) Jacob prophesied that the power of kingship should not depart from Judah’s lineage ‘until Shiloh.’ This phrase is admittedly difficult, but the general meaning of ‘shiloh’ is ‘rest, condition of peace.’ Therefore, until there should come one whose dominion should be one of peace, the rulership would not depart from the tribe of Judah. In a personal sense, it refers to the Messiah, the Prince of Peace, who would come to establish a kingdom of peace. Hence, the promise to Judah was that from his seed should come that Prince of Peace who would be the great ruler of God’s kingdom.

4. Hence, “Shiloh” was a divine name for one who would come with divine and royal power to redeem for himself a people whom he would gather into his kingdom of peace.

C. Brother Hailey continued his beautiful tribute to Judah by saying,
1. “In Genesis 49:9, Jacob praised the lion-like courage and character of Judah. 1) ‘Judah is a lion’s whelp,’ not a cub, but the young lion that has reached maturity and can face his prey with the fullness of his strength and prowess. 

3. The term “peoples” could refer to the tribes of Israel, but there is nothing in the context to suggest that God intended for this statement of rulership to be limited to the tribes of Israel. Consequently, we should take the word in its broadest connotation to include the “peoples of the earth.”
4. Leupold says: “In other words, the nations of the world shall willingly submit, for yiqqehath (obedience in the NKJ) refers to inner submission cheerfully tendered. [emphasis added, navali]

Rest assured, this has more to do with ISLAM -- [islam means peace and submission] -- than any other religion hypothesized above. But more importantly, most biblical names have special meanings and, those meanings and interpretations thereof in turn, conveyed some of the most important HIDDEN messages in the Bible itself. Take for example:

Abram ("The Father [or God] Is Exalted"), 

Abraham; for a father of many nations;

Sarai, later named Sarah ("Princess"),

Ishmael; the LORD hath heard;

Esau/Edom --  a red & hairy man

Jacob/Israel --- deceiver 

Moses --  drew him out of the water.

Judah; _P_R_A_I_S_E._

Now, despite Jacob's powerful prediction @ Genesis 49:9,10 cited above, it is clear from the Bible and its history that Judah was neither a prophet nor priest and that none of the children of Israel had ever bowed before him. On the contrary, he and his brothers BOWED BEFORE JOSEPH, his saviour. 

         Genesis 42:6  And Joseph's brothers came and bowed down to him with their faces to the ground.  Genesis 43:26 When Joseph came home, they brought into the house to him the present which was in their hand and bowed to the ground before him. Genesis 43:28 They said, Your servant our father is well; he is still alive. They bowed down in homage.

In other words, had it not been for the ISHMAELITES and Joseph -- the children of Israel including Judah would not have been, regardless.

Later Jesus, the supposed MESSIAH was REJECTED outright and CRUCI_FIED(?) by the Jews and the Romans. And more importantly, Jesus himself had clearly predicted of a similar transition before his brief and unsuccessful worldly mission ended. 

PROPHESIED TRANSITION

of the SCRIPTURE & the divine blessings

-- to a fruitful nation-- 

I have often asked myself  as to why Allah REVEALED the following to His Beloved Holy Prophet (SAS)?

      005.077 Say: O People of the Scripture! Stress not in your religion other than the truth, and follow not the vain desires of folk who erred of old and led many astray, and erred from a plain road. 005.078 Those of the Children of Israel who went astray were cursed by the tongue of David, and of Jesus;

Believe it or not but here is the biblical answer to my silent question:

DAVID

         Psalms 118:22 The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief corner stone. Psalms 118:23 This is the LORD'S doing; It is marvelous in our eyes.

JESUS' PROFOUND INTERPRETATION

*THE CURSE*

      Matthew 21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?  

Matthew 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a NATION bringing forth the FRUITS thereof.

Matthew 8:11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.   

Matthew 8:12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Luke 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

   

 

AN IRREVOCABLE TRANSITION

Please read this portion very slowly and intelligently because this where you will find the Bible's real HIDDEN MESSAGE.

     Deuteronomy 18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

   

Please note that Jesus DID NOT speak "In the NAME of God," as predicted or REQUIRED by God Himself. Rather, he only relayed what he had seen, heard or was told to do, as per john's gospel. 

John 8:26  but He who sent Me is true; and the things which I heard from Him, these I speak to the world. John 8:38 I speak the things which I have seen with My Father; John 8:40 But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God; this Abraham did not do.

So, as per Jesus' - [a man] - own admission, he could not be *THAT PROPHET* like unto Moses, depicted @ Deuteronomy 18:19. Allow me to continue.

d.     OPEN THE BOOK --  AL-FATIHAH OR UMMU'L QUR'AN, "THE ESSENCE OF THE QUR'AN",

Not only was this a Scriptural prophecy regarding the Holy Qur'an per se, but also this is PRECISELY how it was REVEALED. The OPENING CHAPTER OR "THE ESSENCE OF THE QUR'AN", contains 7-SEVEN verses, of which, the Greater Qur'an is an exposition. Also, it's own greater significance was explained by Allah Himself in the following manner:

       In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. 096.001 READ: IN THE NAME OF THY LORD who createth, 096.002 createth man from a clot. 096.003 READ: AND THY LORD is the most bounteous,

015.086 Lo! Thy Lord! He is the All-Wise Creator. 015.087 We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated and the great Qur'an.

PICKTHAL: 025:033 And those who disbelieve say: Why is the Qur'an not revealed unto him all at once? (It is revealed) thus that We may strengthen thy heart therewith; and We have arranged it in right order. SHAKIR: 017.106 And a Qur'an that We have divided, that thou mayst recite it unto mankind at intervals, and We have revealed it by (successive) revelation.

Let's hear the Holy Qur'an in this respect now:

     003.095 Say: Allah speaketh truth. So follow the RELIGION OF ABRAHAM [HQ. IMAM --2:124], the upright. He was not of the idolaters. 003.096 Lo! the first Sanctuary appointed for mankind was that at Becca, a blessed place, a guidance to the peoples; 003.097 Wherein are MANIFEST REVELATIONS : the STATION OF ABRAHAM [HQ. IMAM--2:124] : and whosoever entereth it is safe. And pilgrimage to the House is a duty unto Allah for mankind, for him who can find a way thither.

And that being the case, any and all whimsical interpretations applied to *ANOTHER COMFORTER OR THE PARACLETE* -- foretold by Jesus before the end of his mission, were/are just that WHIMSICAL! 

However, in the light of all these irrefutable scriptural facts ONLY, we are left with no other option but to consider the following as the fulfillment of GENESIS 49:9,10 -- BASED ON THE SAID PESHER--INTERPRETATION.

         Genesis 49:9 Judah is a LION'S whelp: from the PREY, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a LION, and as an old LION; who shall ROUSE him

    Isaiah 42:13 THE LORD SHALL GO FORTH AS A MIGHTY MAN, he shall stir up jealousy LIKE A MAN OF WAR: he shall cry, YEA, _R_O_A_R;_ he shall prevail against his enemies. 

AGAIN -- Rest assured, this was the most fitting description of Hzt. Imam Ali (as) [the LION of Allah] in the Bible. And more importantly, the Holy Qur'an had also depicted Him in a similar context, which I have shown often in the past. 

And here's the Holy Prophet's (SAS) description as well:

        Isaiah 29:12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, that is not learned, saying, that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

 

And says the Holy Qur'an in this regard:

       In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. 096.001 READ: IN THE NAME OF THY LORD... 096.003 READ: AND THY LORD is the most bounteous,

PICKTHAL: 007:157   Those who follow the messenger, the Prophet who can neither read nor write, whom they will find described in the Torah and the Gospel (which are) with them. 

 

Believe me this Scriptural collaboration is simply incredible.

  Isaiah 42:10 SING TO THE LORD A NEW SONG, HIS P_R_A_I_S_E [pesher interpretation--Judah--Muhammad-Ahmad]  from the end of the earth!  Isaiah 42:11 Let the _D_E_S_E_R_T_ and its cities LIFT UP THEIR VOICES, the villages that _K_E_D_A_R_ [Descendants of ISHMAEL], inhabits; let the inhabitants of Sela SING for joy, let them SHOUT FROM THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAINS.

  

 

As you know, the Names Ahmad & Muhammad [SAS], of our *UNLETTERED HOLY PROPHET*  -- mean _P_R_A_I_S_E_ and that He had descended from ISHMAEL [PARAN]. 

Moreover, the Holy Mounts Sinai, Seir and PARAN & THE LAND OF KEDAR have had been COMBINED together by God's various Covenants, Divine Blessings and Revelations from the very beginning.

One may argue all he wants but the fact of the matter is this SCRIPTURE declared Hagar as Abraham's LEGITIMATE WIFE at the time!  And as a matter of fact, Moses, the author(?) of Genesis also wrote later that:

          Deuteronomy 21:15 If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:

Deuteronomy 21:16 Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

Hopefully, this will settle all the disputes one may have re: Hagar and Ishmael's legitimacy in the Abrahamic family and the Bible, respectively. 

Allow me to continue with the more important issue at hand.

Genesis 16:12 And he [ISHMAEL] will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all HIS BRETHREN.
 

Genesis 25:9 And HIS SONS Isaac and ISHMAEL buried him [Abraham] in the cave of Machpelah, Genesis 25:17 And these are the years of the life of ISHMAEL, ..... and he gave up the ghost and died; and was gathered unto HIS PEOPLE.  Genesis 25:19 And these are the generations of ISAAC, Abraham's son: Abraham begat Isaac:
 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

ISHMAEL AND ISAAC WERE BROTHERS by different mothers. As just seen, this and other Genesis accounts had placed them together at various crucial junctures. 

Frankly, without ISHMAEL'S physical PRESENCE and/or PRIMARY character in the Bible and the Israelite history per se., they would totally meaningless, irrelevant and incomplete from the get go! 

      Deuteronomy 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. Deuteronomy 18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

 

 

In this manner, God fulfilled his Promises to Abraham, Hagar and Moses re: ISHMAEL & PARAN.

 

FINAL DIVINE PROOF

EL-ELYON, AL-ALIYYUN & THE ETERNAL IMAMAT--DIVINE PRIESTHOOD  BIND  ALL 3 RELIGIONS OF ABRAHAM TOGETHER

           Melchizedek was king of SALEM  the PRIEST- KOHEN-IMAM of God Most High [EL-ELYON, AL-ALIYYUN]. He met Abraham returning  .... and blessed him and Abraham gave tenth of every-  thing. First, his name means 'King of Righteousness'; then  also 'King of SALEM' means 'King of PEACE.' Without father or mother, without descent, - [Islam means Peace] having neither beginning of days nor end of life; ..... abides a PRIEST-KOHEN- IMAM CONTINUALLY  [Hebrews 7:1-3.

           Unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that  is in the earth. Wa Huwal ALIYYUL Aziim--And He is the  Most High, the Tremendous

    Innahuu *ALIYYUN* Hakiim -- 
Verily! He is the *Most High*, Wise' 
HQ. 42:4,51. 
 

     'It is the law of Allah which hath taken course aforetime. Thou wilt not find for the law of Allah 
aught of power to change' HQ. 48:23; 17:77; 33:62, 35:43.

  

Islam then, is the Faith of the past, present and future. It is a monotheistic faith of Abraham, the founder of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Within this Eternal Faith of Islam is also revealed the Concept of Imamat -- Spiritual Guidance for mankind.

    This Holy Institution of Imamat is held in accordance with the Bible and the Holy Qur'an by an Ever Living & Present Holy Imam, who interprets the faith for His followers according to changing times and circumstances, thus making it current at all time.

    This practice has continued from the time & revelation of Melchizedek, the Eternal Priest [Imam] of the Most High God or El-Elyon [Heb] &
Al-Aliyun [Arb] [ref: a. yusuf ali's, 1977 publication isbn no. 0-89259-018-1, f/note #2411, pp. 748].

         Genesis 14:18-20
And Melchizedek king of Salem .... and he was the PRIEST [IMAM] of the most high God [El- Elyon--Heb- & Al-Aliyyun--HQ: 4:34 & 42:51]. And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram [Abraham] of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth: And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. On the day when We shall summon all men with their IMAM --IMAAMIHIM -- whoso is given his book in his right hand - such will read their book and they will not be wronged a shred. Whoso is blind IN THIS--FII HAAZIHII -- will be blind in the Hereafter, and yet _f_u_r_t_h_e_r_ from the _r_o_a_d._

Paul taught:

         Galatians 4:22
 For it is written, that ABRAHAM HAD TWO SONS, the one by a BONDMAID [ISHMAEL], the other by a freewoman. Galatians 4:24 Which things are an _A_L_L_E_G_O_R_Y_: for these are the 2--two covenants; the one from the MOUNT SINAI, which gendereth to bondage, which is AGAR. Galatians 4:25 For this AGAR [HAGAR] is mount Sinai in ARABIA,

 

This then, is ISLAM, the Religion of Abraham
