I thought to myself “Slow relative to what?”.  I've never heard anyone discuss the velocity of a cemetery before.

I decided that the sign must be a warning to avoid this particular cemetery.  Perhaps, due to rocky soil or something it takes an unreasonable amount of time to have someone properly buried there?

I wonder if there are any express cemeteries?
