JUDGING ONE ANOTHER
My old pastor use to tell us, believe half of what you see and nothing you hear, and when in doubt ask. I found this to be very true in many cases. We all are bad for believing in the things we should not, and fail to ask questions when we should. When this takes place we tend to start judging each other and before you know it, we are in such a mess. If we would all learn to ask questions about the things that we are told and stop believing everything we hear. We would all be a lot better off in the long run.
I know it is our nature to do the things that are wrong, that is why CHRIST came to begin with. If we should judge anyone, it should be ourselves. If we do this, we will find out there are a lot of things about us, we should change. We need to spend our time in changing ourselves and not judging others. The only one who has the right is the LORD. As I have taught in other studies, HE knows everything about us; thoughts, our hearts, actions before we even act them out. HE is the beginning, the end and everything in between. HE teaches us to love everyone, even the sinners. So from this point forward, you should learn to ask questions before you take it for truth what you are told. If you ask, you just might find out it was a lie and/or just a rumor started. Now when you go to them to ask a question, and they refuse to communicate, well that is a whole new topic. It also is another Bible study that I have already done. You can find it under the topic; "FAMILY".
Proverbs 14:23 In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth
only to penury.
Proverbs 24:2 For their heart studieth destruction, and their lips talk of
mischief.
Ecclesiastes 10:13 The beginning of the words of his mouth is foolishness:
and the end of his talk is mischievous madness. {his talk: Heb. his mouth}
Love One Another
All of us who are born again are a brother or sister in CHRIST. We are taught according to JESUS to love one another. It does not matter who we are or whether or not we are born again. We are also to love a sinner as well. It is our job to teach the gospel to those that are lost and lead them to the LORD. The LORD loves everyone lost or saved. He wants everyone to know that HE loves them, so they will come to HIM. That is why HE sent HIS SON here to teach us to love one another and care for those who are lost. We all as Christians have a job to do, that is teach and witness to those who are lost. We are to set an example for those who are lost as to what it is like to live and love our LORD. I hope what I show you will help you to understand your position in CHRIST as a Christian.
