Sam 16:23)</div> <bR> <div> There is:</div> <div> 1- Demon- _<U>oppressions</U>_ (Acts 10:38)- often _<U>physical</U>_ but can be _<U>mental</U>_.</div> <div> 2- Demon- _<U>possession</U>_- it inhabits the body of the _<U>victim</U>_ and speaks out of the person especially when confronted in the _<U>name</U>_ of the _<U>Jesus</U>_.</div> <div> Example- _<U>Judas</U>_ (John 13:27) it ended in _<U>suicide</U>_.</div> <bR> <div> The Bible indicates that there are _<U>degrees</U>__ of _<U>different</U>__.  Matt. 12:45</div> <div> Some are stronger than others Mark 9:28 & 29</div> <div> Some people enter into voluntary relationships with the _<U>Devil</U>_ in order to have power to do things.</div> <div> Can that person be saved and delivered?  _<U>YES</U>_</div> <div> Can a saved person be demon possessed? _<U>NO</U>____  Co. 1:13, I John 4:4, I John 5:18</div> <div> The Devil cannot _<U>possess</U>_ that which Jesus has _<U>redeem</U>_ with His own blood.  The Holy Spirit will not share his _<U>Temple</U>_.</div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B>CLOSING THOUGHTS ON THE DEVIL</B></div> <div> We do not need to give the Devil any ground on which to stand how do we give him ground? </div> <div> 1- hang on to _<U>sin </U>.</div> <div> 2- refuse to _<U>repent or forgive</U>_.</div> <div> 3- dabble in the _<U>cult</U>_.</div> <div> 4- Let our minds _<U>wonder</U>_.</div> <div> 5- Not resist the _<U>Devil</U>_.</div> <bR> <div> How can we resist?  </div> <div> 1- destroy all occult _<U>books</U>_, _<U>objects</U>__, and _<U>etc.</U>_ in your possession.</div> <div> 2- use the _<U>Word</U>_ of _<U>God</U>__.</div> <div> 3- Remain on the _<U>alert</U>_!
