Capcom was giving these away at the latest Tokyo Game Show... but it makes me wonder if you could walk into a Japanese store and buy a pack of these.

These Kobun action figures come with the purchase of Tron Ni Kobun in Japan, though some import game stores are also getting them in. There are forty different combinations of facial expressions and bonus accessories. I think there's also a special mail-in offer to get an entire set of forty, but I gotta check further on that.
