Chrysler Minivan Firsts

Since 1984, Chrysler has unveiled more minivan firsts than any other manufacturer. Many of these ended up becoming industry standards.  Some of Chrysler's firsts include:
 

First minivan to put driver-side air bag in a minivan; and three years later…

before government requirements).
