Synopsis:
Loosed upon the Earth by the Contessa, Klarion ... bum, bum, BUM... the Witch Boy to mystically transform Earth's heroes into teenagers. But the intervention of Old Justice altered the warlock's spells, leaving the adult heroes trapped as teens and the youthful heroes aged to adulthood ? while all are pursued by the Agenda's shock troops. The young sorcerer and his cat have also de-aged a "de-age" a cadre of super-villains to make matters worse. Meanwhile, the former Teen Titans, Nightwing, Arsenal, Troia and Tempest found themselves acquiring an immunity to the magically induced aging. After an encounter with a group of all-new Wildebeests, the Titans were able to assemble with the other chronologically imbalanced heroes and were restored to their true ages.
