History:
     Julian September led an unlucky life and this led him to studying physics and the nature of probability. Building on a study where a photon was split and its two halves always remained in synch, September split seven photons to discover this force. Something went wrong, however, and that force that synchronized the photons was severed. September then realized probability was "poisoned" and that he could manipulate probability. What September failed to realize was that nature was trying to fix this "poisoning" by dropping clues leading to the photons. The more that September manipulated probability, the more that nature responded with synchronicity.
     As September continued to manipulate probability, becoming President, winning the Nobel Prize, etc., strange incidents involving the number seven plagued the Justice League. With the help of the Atom, the Justice League was able to follow
the clues to September's seven split photons and they rejoined them. During the course of this adventure, September was found dead of a heart attack despite impossible odds of that occurring. Whether September was actually revived after
reality reasserted itself is not clear.
