A mercenary who once worked with the Ultra-Humanite. He has popped up a number of times in various peoples employment. In his most recent appearance he tried to kill Ted Knight before the intervention of Farris Knight (Starman M*). He could project bolts of electricity and should not be confused with the assassin Bolt.
