Originally from Gotham City he was bitten by an alien parasite which activated his metagene granting him limited telepathy and x-ray vision. He now operates on the edge of the metahuman community as a hitman who hunts criminals and has had limited contact with both Batman and Green Lantern V. He briefly attended a JLA recruitment meeting just so he could check out Wonder Woman with his x-ray vision. He can often be found with his colleagues hanging out at Noonan's Bar. |
