General Otto von Emmich
1848-1915
Emmich was an offices of Infantry 1867,
General Major 1901. He became Chief over the 10th armecour (Hannover)
1909. Emmich whom with tremendous skill was in the1870-71 war,
He commanded his army cour into Belgium in the start of world
war one and he captured Liege in the 16/8 1914. In April 9/5 he
Emmich was transfered with his army cour to the eastern front
and at Gorlice-Tarnow 1/5-4/5 and in the battls of Lemberg he
was involved and one of the causes of the german victory. Emmich
was knighted in 1912.
