High above the Rocky Mountains
That almost reach the sky
Gliding with the breeze
I see a vision of beauty.

A wonderful specimen
In all your splendor
So regal, so proud
I gaze in wonder

With wings outstretched
Soaring in flight
so strong, so powerful
a magnificent sight

I fold my wings and descend to earth
Upon a nearby mound I perch
My eyes rest upon your lovely form
Your body sparkling and gleaming
I gaze,  I adore

My heart fills with love and desire
I smell your sweet scent
The bond between us is strong
Come join me my love
We are one

Floating aloft to my aerie
I lay you upon my soft bed
of pine branches and grass.
My wings envelop your soft body.

Our hearts beating
Amorous contact
We kiss,   we mate.
Our passion ascending
To heights we have never dreamt of.
We are joined as one
A love to surely never end.

A look of longing
As I gaze upward
Eyes lingering upon your white head
Your shining brown plumage
As you soar to the heavens above
