Hello and welcome to my home page. My name is Cathy, I am 47 yrs old and I live in a city in the
south east of the state of South Australia, called Mount Gambier.
I was married to Vit aka Stone for almost 26 years. He passed away suddenly on April 26 2004.
I have three teenage children whom I love dearly.
Christopher 25, Roxanne 23 and Samantha 20.
We share our house with an adorable pet, a Pomeranian / Maltese dog called Jasper. Sadly our cat Tabby had to put put to sleep August 2005 due to a cancer near her eye. She was 12 years old :(. I have a section on cats and also a section relating to Jasper.
I enjoy having fun on the
computer and meeting people from different parts of the world.
I like craftwork, mainly needle work. I have completed many tapestries over the years along with cross stitch, candlewicking, battenburg lace work, smocking etc.
These pages are my first attempt at making a web page and writing poetry. I have recently had three of my poems published (Journey of the Spirits), (Loves Longing ) and (Our Friendship).
I also enjoy listening to music, hence the link to my music pages, I hope you find them to be enjoyable.
Romantic music wins my heart everytime but my taste in music is varied from Rock & Roll to Country. The 70's music being my influence. My idol being John Farnham since I was 9 years old. What can I say the man has something besides a fantastic voice that melts my heart. :)
As you can probably guess, my favourite flower is the Red Rose. You will find many Red Roses throughout my site along with a photo album of Roses. Love is a Red Red Rose.
