Which is the best way for DVD-2-DVD re-encode ?.

 

In case you want to re encdode with high ratio , you have to use a real Mpeg2 encoder and not some DTS compression utilities . 

- Dvd2Svcd (if you set it up with CCE ) is the only easy & practical solution supporting all features you want in one GUI .

However dvdshrink makes pretty good job if it has to decrease no more than 15% the initial video , its smaller , faster , simpler & free .
