How to Rip Audio from CDi:
New Way:
- Use your Winamp (2.5 or better) , and drag 'n drop the .dat file into
WinAmp .
- Test if play OK and then redirect it to disk: (Ctrl-P , Output , out_disk.dll)
.
- When done switch back to your default redirection (Ctrl-P , Output ,
out_wave.dll) .

Old Way (1):
- Use VCD Gear
(freeware) to convert Cdi format to .mpg .
- Use MakeAud to convert mpg to .mp2 (or .mpa) .
- Use Winamp or MpxPlay to listen the .mp2 or dump to .wav
Old Way (2):
- Use Webflix to convert Cdi format to .mpg
- Use MakeAud to convert mpg to .mp2 (or .mpa) .
- Use Winamp or MpxPlay to listen the .mp2 or dump to .wav
Old Way (3):
Instead of Webflix you can use the CDDA 1.7 (reged) under DOS, but it is a lot more
slower. Read the .doc for the appropriate syntax. For example:
cdda /mode cdiraw /lba /s 30030 /e 35000 /m /o /f track01
(I couldn't grab audio with /mode cdiaudio)
