Upon the marvelous organization of "Jadran" Swimming Club, Herceg Novi, Montenegro, the Community of Herceg Novi and Yugoslav Swimming Federation, Belgrade, YU National Championships 2002 (short course pool) were held in Montenegro. The competitions joined in total 23 domestic Clubs with 209 competitors in absolute, junior and cadet categories.  The propositions were completely directed by the Yugoslav Swimming Federation and LEN and the Championship was organized by the 25 m in-door pool (8 lines) of the famous Mediterranean Health Center "Dr.S. Milosevic" in the town of Igalo from March  23 to 24, 2002.

Swim Star 2000 Swimming Club Success at YU Championships 2002 (sc)

Silver in 200 m Free
Silver in 400 Free
Silver in 200 m Freestyle (2:04.19) for Igor Rasula our Captain, consigned by Mr. Nenad Milos, YU swim Legend and General Secretary of Yugoslav Swimming Federation, Belgrade
Among the three YU Vice Champion titles this  silver is the most worthy.  400 m Free Igor Rasula swam in 4:29.65 and after 45 days of training absence. Dejan Ilic, Coach really did miracle...
