Thanks to Igor and Mr. Dejan Ilic, our Coach, also to all our fans by the open pool in Subotica.
Igor on his way to top
After so hard season, and many swimming and other activities, Igor Rasula and his trainer had planed to concentrate all their efforts to the most important events in our country. And these were Pioneer Championships (LC) in the town of Subotica and the next YU National Pioneer Championships 2000 in the town of Pancevo being held in the middle of July. In their preparing for these competitions, they spent about 12 days in the final testing in Vrnjacka Banja, the most famous tourist destination in Serbia. Pursuant to that we were sure that some times have to broken, especially in 400 m freestyle. And that has happened. Here are some images made by the open pool of 'Dudova suma' sport center in the town of Subotica on July 8, 2000.
