Propositions of the Meeting

The meeting will take place on Saturday - Sunday  from 20-21 of April, 2002.
• The meeting will be organized by Swimming and Water Polo Club “Polet”  and Sport Center "Soko", Sombor, Yugoslavia.
• The competition will take place in the indoors swimming pool 25m, 6 lines, water temperature 26 oC, air temperature 28 oC
• The competition will be organized according to the regulations of Yugoslav Swimming Federation and LEN
• The electronical time measuring 
• The swimmers will compete individually and in team
• The number of appearances for each swimmer is limited to 3 without relays
• Start fee is Euro 5.- for each swimmer disregarding the start numbers.
• Team scoring: in individuals the 8 best results in each discipline disregarding category and in relay races only one best score for each team.
• Awards: the first three male and female swimmers in each style distance and category will get medals. The first male and female swimmers with the  highest points from LEN Score Tables will get rewards. The best placed team will receive a traveling trophy bowl as a steady one.

On the 115 year anniversary of the first swimming competition at the Balkan been held in the town of Sombor and Vojvodina, the new International Meet will be organized by "Polet" Swimming Club and SOKO Sport Center, Sombor.
As on the long tradition of swimming sport development in the region of Vojvodina and Serbia, also enormous wish of the people in the town of Sombor to be a host for many domestic and international athletes and swim fans, the new women's Polet Team invites you to participate in the Competition also to be their guests.
