Tribute & Thanks  -  The very first 'steps' in the swimming sport, Slavko has made at the Swimming Club "Leotar" - Trebinje (Bosnia & Herzegovina) in the course of 1985. Expressing graduate to Mrs. Neda Gudelj and Mr. Zivko Paranos, both his first trainers, Slavko would like to put the emphases at that time, when he earned the fundament dedication to this worthy sport. In the period from 1988 to 1995 his complete swim development was in hands of Prof. Ivan Zuber at Jadran Swimming and Water Polo Club, Herceg Novi, Montenegro. Salvo's latest two years of active competitive swimming have been made in Belgrade by the "Red Star" Swimming Club (coached by Prof. Aleksandar Skanata) and by "Partizan" SC (coached by Prof. Matije Koprivica).

Hereby we certify that Mr. Slavko Pamucina, Swim Trainer is one of the modern youth swimming expert especially in domain of the fast development of the cadet and pioneer swim categories ... 

 

His previous experiences had dated firstly from the period of his sport and swim activities spent by the "Jadran" SC, Herceg Novi (Montenegro) upon the coaching concerns of Prof.Ivan Zuber, Yugoslav and the Italian swim trainer legend, also one season long period spent at the "Red Star" SC, Belgrade coached by Prof. Aleksandar Skanata, ex-YU National Coach. At the present Mr. Pamucina is still stayed the actual record holder of Montenegro in 50 m Free Men. 

 

Pursuant to the defined plan and concept of the development in the period 2003-2005, the Management Board of the SC "Swim Star 2000" Belgrade has engaged Mr. Pamucina as a Head Coach. Just in 2004, he already has prepared two national Junior champions (Igor Rasula and Stevan Sosic) who became the members of the Yugoslav national team for the Balkan Championship 2004. Since 2005, Mr.Pamucina moved to Sicily, Italy at the ASD Messina Polisportiva, where he made worth results with the younger category swimmers. The aim of this recommendation is to inform domestic and abroad swim experts on the possibilities of all openings for a concrete expert collaborations and skill exchanging if the interest exists... Mr. Slavko Pamucina has spent more then 16 years in swimming as an active swimmer, swim instructor, OWS athletes and now as the professional trainer, also future graduated Professor of Physical education (University of Belgrade). There is no doubt that all his own experiences may help all younger athletes to be wended to the right swim ways...

Ovom preporukom zelim posebno da istaknem G-dina Slavka Pamucinu, modernog trenera i eksperta u plivackom sportu u domenu brzog razvoja najmladjih plivackih kategorija kadeta i pionira, ali i juniora i seniora. 

Njegova prethodna iskustva datiraju pre svega iz perioda njegovih sportskih i plivackih aktivnosti u plivackom i vaterpolo klubu "Jadran" iz Herceg Novog u radu sa Prof. Ivanom Zuberom zivom legendom plivackog sporta bivse Jugoslavije ali i Italije, te jednu sezonu sa bivsim selektorom Jugoslavije Prof. Aleksandrom Skanatom. U ovom trenutku, Slavko Pamucina je jos uvek aktuelni rekorder Republike Crne Gore u disciplini 50 m kraul.

Shodno svom 4-voro godisnjim planu razvoja, menadzment plivackog kluba "Swim Star 2000" iz Beograda angazovao je Slavka Pamucinu na pocetku sezone 2003/2004 za svog sefa struke. Vec tokom 2004, Slavko je izveo dva sampiona Srbije i drzavna reprezentativca (Igor Rasula i Stevan Sosic), koji su u nacionalnom timu uzeli ucesce na balkanijadi 2004 (Novi Sad). Od 2005, Slavko se seli u Italiju i postaje sef struke Italijanskog kluba Messina Polisportiva, gde postize vredne uspehe u radu sa mladjim kategorijama. Cilj ove preporuke je da se informise domaca, ali inostrana sportska javnost, a ovom ekspertu omoguci da se ukljuci i u druge sportske aktivnosti. Pamucina je proveo u plivackom sportu ukupno 16 godina kao aktivni sportista, 2 godine kao trener skola plivanja i instruktor, u letnjim periodima kao spasilac (Life Guard), dve sezone prvi trener popularnog Beogradskog kluba "Swim Star", a od 2005-2007 prvi trener kulba Messina ASD u Italiji. Apsolvent je Fakulteta za fizicku kulturu, Univerziteta u Beogradu.

Preporucujemo G-dina Pamucinu za svaku poziciju u raznim modernim aktivnostima u sportu, a zadrzavamo pravo da ga konsultujemo u svim potrebama koje se budu ticale nasih plivackih aktivnosti, a u slucaju da se odluci da svoja znanja i iskustva u sportu prenese i na druge organizacije (u zemlji i inostranstvu).
