This is Junior.
Sometime in 1993, he was found in middle of a busy road in Serangoon area.
He was so small then that he needed to be hand-fed.
He grew into a very dignified quiet gentleman,
except when he sleeps,he drools.
He keeps pretty much to himself.
He got along only with
Mei-mei Senior

| 14th October 2000 |
Junior was found to have a swelling behind his ear by Siew Ying a few days ago. He was
seen to be shaking his head.
Today Jenny and Sharon found the blood at the swelling. With the help of transport from
Karen, Junior was brought to the Vet at Mt. Pleasant Vet Surgery. The Vet said that
the swelling behind the ear needed to be drained or his ear would shrink (to become like
a cauliflower). However as Junior wasn't starved, anaesthesia couldnot be administered.
The surgery is postponed.
8.10pm Sharon's SMS : "Junior is scheduled for surgery on the 17th. A blood vessel on the ear burst because of scratching." |
| 17th October 2000 | Sharon and Karen brought Junior back to the cattery from the Vet. He looked fine and alert after the surgery and anaesthesia. He has to be confined to a cubicle for a week and medication has to be given to him daily. The Vet fee of $143 was sponsored by Sharon. |
| 28th October 2000 | Sharon removed the stitches from the inner part of Junior's ear, assisted by Jenny. |
